I created Korban Contracting to establish great craftsmen, bringing them together and put a corporate umbrella over them so they can focus on what thy do well, without being a slave to an business tycoon or distracted by endless business admin. —people who work with integrity—and building customers a company they can trust. We believe in quality work, fair pricing, and treating your home like it belongs to our dearest relative.
Construction has been a part of my life for there generation s before there was a 'me'. Even when I ventured into other careers, people kept asking me to help with their homes, their roofs, and their projects. The trust our community placed in me made me realize something important: skilled local trades people deserve better, and homeowners deserve honest, reliable workmanship. We built a structure that rewards both.

We customize the roofing quotes for each individual home so you get the proper ventilation and know ahead of time what additional repairs might be needed and what they may cost in addition to just the shingles. Lowering Your Power Bill & Paying for Your Roof
We have partnered with the best solar provider we could find, to be able to take your power bill away, having the sun pay for your electricity. Freeing that money up for you to get a new roof. If solar works with your home, our goal is to structure the financing to cost the same or less than what your power bill once was. Instead of adding to your cost, we take a bill away & get your Home protected & equity increased.
Please also know, for low income homes, there are government applications that can give you up to 10,000 in assistance for a critical need.
We do not offer other forms of financing, outside our solar roof packages, primarily because we have not found contracting loans going through us that are better than a traditional HELOC at your local bank. We could, but we do not feel like selling you a bad idea is something we want to be a part of.
